Chocolate Coco Cake

MeritO coconut flour                       ½    cup

MeritO coconut milk                       ½    cup

MeritO coconut oil                           ⅓   cup

70% dark cocoa powder                 ½    cup

Stevia sugar                                     ¼    cup

Baking powder                                2½   tsp.

Vanilla extract                                  1      tsp.

Salt                                                    ¼     tsp.

Grounded Cinnamon                      ¼     tsp.

Preheat oven to 160’C/320’F.

Line a 9-inch round cake pan with parchment paper.  Set aside.

Mix dark cocoa powder, Merito coconut flour, baking powder, grounded cinnamon and salt in a bowl and hand mixing until well combined and smooth. Add eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, coconut milk and coconut oil. Mix well until smooth and combined.

Pour the cake batter into prepared cake pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Allow it to sit for 10-15 minutes in a cake pan before gently remove to a wire rack.  Completely cool on a wire rack prior slice to serve.
